Since the enactment of the Education Act of 1998 Coláiste Bhríde has established a Board of Management which manages the school under the patronage of Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board. The Board has the responsibility for the good governance and direction of the school. It invests the day to day management and running of the school in the principal, deputy principal and middle management of the school.
The Board is broadly based and consists of representatives from KWETB, the parent body, the teaching staff and the local community.
