“Mind Your Mind”

Monday 9^th – Friday 13^th November 2015

As part of our ongoing support for positive mental health awareness, the following activities will take place this week:

– Music at breaktimes

– Poster competition open to all years. Theme of poster “Happiness is…..”

– Video from ‘Bressie’ to be shown in all RE classes

– Past pupil, Lisa Turner, to talk to students about her own struggles with mental health

– Talk to parents on Wednesday night by Enda O’Doherty

– Smiley face treasure hunt – great excitement….!!!!

– Rise and Shine walk Friday 13^th November 6am…. A new morning……
